Tiphaine Leménager

Tiphaine graduated from the AgroParisTech engineering school in 2001 and is an agronomist engineer. After obtaining a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Economics and a year spent in Brazil as manager for a local development project, she worked at EDF from 2004 to 2007 where she drafted her PhD thesis on Environmental Management. Concerned by the difficulty of linking development issues with environmental preservation, she joined AFD at the beginning of 2008 and the Research Department at the end of 2009 in order to work on this topic. Tiphaine is in charge of the topic of Sustainable Natural Resources Management and manages and leads research that aims to ensure the environment is better integrated into development models.
